It gives me an immense pleasure to
present a revised edition of ‘Law of Bail: Practice and Procedure.- EssentialCourt Volume for Practitioners’ (Lexis Nexis).
The idea of revising this book on
‘Law of Bail’ was never on my mind, but suddenly, one fine morning, a call came
from publication house – Lexis Nexis requesting for an immediate revision of
the book, as the first edition of the book earned accolades not only from the practitioner
but from the legal scholars as well and was out of stock. The book is a product
of 18 months vigorous but very satisfactory toil.
I hope that the revised edition
will prove as helpful as the last edition to all the Practitioners and Law
Students alike.
